We manufacture laminated doors in various designs, patterns and sizes, an elegant and economic alternate to wooden doors. Lamination is a process where a laminate sheet is pasted on a doorby applying pressure. At our unit,laminates are pasted using Hot Press which evenly spreads the glue across the door and creates permanent bond between the door and laminate.We have a team of designers, who constantly keep track of the latest trends and design accordingly. But at the same time, they ensure that the functionality of the doors remains intact.

Laminated Door frames

Elegant yet economic door frames matching the shade to your door and creating an aesthetic appeal to the observers. Similar to the doors, Hot Press is used to create a permanent and evenly bondbetween the laminate andplywood.

*We also manufacture post-formed laminated doors and door frames where post-forming machine is used to mould the laminate according to design chosen by the customer which gives standardized and accurate curves to every single product.

Fire Retardant Doors

Our fire doors adhere to BS 476 / IS 3614 norms. We offer Fire doors of 60 minutes and 120 minutes. The fire laws in various cities require the high rise building to have their main door to be fire resistant of 30 mins, 60 mins and 120 mins depending from city to city and building to building. Various residential building require 60 min fire doors and commercial building require 120 mins.

Flush Doors

We provide flush doors as per IS 2202 – 1. We provide 100% pinewood flush door in 32, 35 and 40 mm thickness. Any specific requirement from the client is also entertained and the same can be made available according to their specification.

Installation

We provide installation services to our clients at their site. From taking measurement to installation, our team takes care of everything.

Service & Repair

We also provide servicing and repair services to our clients. Most home owners do not handle the door with care and we see hardware items getting damaged, sometimes they may required to repaired or replaced. Depending on situation we take the call what has to be done.
